If you’re not registered to vote for the upcoming presidential election, it’s not too late.

Or, you can stop by the HeadCount voter registration table at the festival and participate in the “Cents for Sense” campaign.





Mountain Jam is donating a portion of the ticket proceeds to HeadCount (generally 50 cents per ticket – a penny per state for democracy).






Mountain Jam & Headcount want to support voter registration and remind everyone that it’s an election year and together we can make a difference! The “Cents for Sense” campaign is expected to raise over $75,000 for HeadCount’s nonprofit, nonpartisan voter registration efforts.

“If we don’t protect democracy today, there won’t be a democracy to protect in a few years,” said former Grateful Dead guitarist Bob Weir, a member of HeadCount’s board of directors, in a statement. “I think for the younger folks this is particularly important, because the decisions we make will largely affect the rest of their lives.”
