A Ferris wheel (also known as an observation wheel or big wheel) is an upright wheel with passenger gondolas suspended from the rim.
Ferris wheels usually hold about 50-100 people. Ferris wheels are an amusement park ride and can also be found at Mountain Jam this weekend.

Sweet - I'll be watching the festival from home - hopefully someone will make sure to take a ride between of before sets and post a picture here - you all will no doubt have a great view! JMac
