We all woke to some soggy ground today and a light rain pouring on our heads. As we shook off the cobwebs and got set for the day, Michael Franti stopped by the broadcast booth for WDST and told us all about his new album "The Sound of Sunshine" which was written while he was recovering from a burst appendix. He performed a song called "Shake It" and then the title track acoustically for us before heading out to do his 2 sets on 2 different Mountain Jam stages. The first band to take the stage is The Bridge - here's a few pictures of the action...
