Gov't Mule announced the upcoming release of their eighth studio album, and first with new bassist Jorgen Carlsson. "By A Thread" will be in stores on July 28th, 2009.This album was recorded over the first few months of this year, and the recording process was captured via Blog, Photos and Video at:
Those who pre-order the disc will receive an exclusive digital download of live Gov't Mule recordings. These recordings, Mule Tracks Presents: The Soundchecks, will be made during rehearsals and the first few soundchecks from the Summer Gov't Mule Tour. The band wanted to make the pre-order bonus a little more special this time around, we will have more details on this to follow in the coming weeks.
